I've been doing Your Version of the "5 Tibetan Rites" usually
either every day or every other day for the
past few weeks.

At Age 52,I'm Not very limber, to say the least...
I'm not very flexible to do these 'rites' the way they are explained.

That being said, I've noticed some benefits

Early today, I was walking to My vehicle from
